1. Services

Pixel WP Studio provides:

All services are provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and requirements.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

Project details are defined before work begins

Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon during the project discussion

Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges

3. Payments

Payments must be made as agreed before or during project milestones

Late or incomplete payments may result in project delays or suspension

All payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and content on time

Review work and provide feedback promptly

Ensure they have rights to any content provided (text, images, logos)

Pixel WP Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Final website ownership is transferred to the client after full payment

Pixel WP Studio retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

6. Website Maintenance & Support

Maintenance services cover:

WordPress updates

Plugin and theme updates

Basic technical support

Pixel WP Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers, or unauthorized changes made by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixel WP Studio shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Business interruptions

Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a maintenance plan includes backup services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms

Pixel WP Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
